About the position

As a nursing assistant at Gotlands Hemtjänster, you will provide individually tailored care to our customers in their homes. Your tasks will include personal care, medication management, assistance during meals, household chores, social interaction, and documentation. You play a vital role in creating safety and quality of life for our customers, always with respect and dignity in focus.

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a trained nursing assistant.

• Has a good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

• Shares our values and works with responsibility, respect, and quality in everything you do.

• Is empathetic, attentive, and has a genuine interest in helping others.

• Has good collaboration skills and thrives in an independent role.

• A valid driver's license (B) is required.

Additional information:

The position is a permanent employment and is based at the office in Hemse. The scheduled employment rate is 75% with the possibility to work extra as needed. Work includes days, evenings, and every other weekend. Start date is by agreement.
